Refund and Returns Policy

Not Allowed

Refunds will not be accepted if the user changes their mind after purchasing the product or just dissatisfied with the product.

Refunds

After the purchaser has made payment for the service, if we are unable to provide the service, we will refund your purchase.

Also, If a major problem occurs with the service provided or the product itself, you can request a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, refunds are automatically processed through PayPal, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

After Purchase

If there is a problem with the service or product, or if there is an acceptable modification, we will provide support for about 3 months after you purchase the product.
